Homecheq was created by a handful of ordinary people with a wide range of talents that believed in something bold and different. Their new concept uses a person’s property address to streamline communication between homeowners, buyers, realtors and contractors. Initially, the idea created resistance from the entities that benefit from low transparency, curated information and finders fees. But, despite pushback, the vision flourished because unlocking competition through quick and transparent communication is a recipe that wins and we are committed to always providing that transparency to our users.
