About Us

We are a handful of ordinary guys determined to revolutionize the communication practices of the housing industry. Our new concept lets homeowners, buyers, realtors and contractors talk to each other through their property address. Initially, this idea created resistance from the people that benefit from low transparency, curated information and finders fees. But, despite some pushback, our vision flourished because unlocking competition through quick and transparent communication is a recipe that wins and we are committed to always providing that transparency to our users.

Vision

To give people a quick and transparent way to talk about property.

Solving Problems

We remove the communication restrictions imposed on the housing industry by letting users talk to each other through their property address. So now, home buyers can speak directly to homeowners to get the information they need. Realtors can share insights to a property address to expand their client base. Homeowners can build a historical profile of their home for people to view. Contractors can post things to the address of every job they do so people can find them without paying a finders fee. And finally, businesses and government agencies can post ads or announcements to multiple addresses so everyone in a community can receive important information.

Mission

To change the way people share, gather and deliver information about a home so users can have a better experience when they buy, sell or update their property.
