About Us
Homecheq was created by a handful of ordinary guys with a wide range of talents that believed in something bold and different. Our new concept uses a person’s property address as a way to streamline communication between homeowners, buyers, realtors and contractors. Initially, the idea created resistance from the people that typically benefit from low transparency, curated information and finders fees. But, despite the pushback, our vision flourished because unlocking competition through quick and transparent communication is a recipe that wins and we are committed to always providing that transparency to our users.
Vision
To give people a place to connect, communicate and talk about property.
Solving Problems
We eliminate the communication restrictions in the housing industry by giving homeowners, buyers, realtors and contractors a place to connect and share information about a home. So now, home buyers can speak directly to homeowners to get the information they need. Homeowners can post things to their own address and build a historical profile of their home for people to view. Realtors can share their professional insights to any property address so users can find the best agents in the area. Contractors can showcase their work at the address of every job they do so people can find the right contractor without paying a finders fee. And finally, businesses and government agencies can post ads or announcements to multiple addresses so everyone in a community can receive important information.
Mission
To change the way people share, gather and deliver information about a home so users can have a better experience when they buy, sell or update their property.
